The French had a fold-up car over 60 years ago. The Reyonnah ( manufacturer Hannoyer's name spelt backwards) had front wheels which would fold up to make parking easier. You couldn't do it on the run like the Triggo. Looks like a glorified Messerschmidt. This was in Cars magazine of October 1954.
