Apart from Automobiles and Commercial Vehicles, the Observers Book added Motor Sport to its stable in 1975. I don't think it was an annual, like the cars, but I have a 1978 copy. (it's actually for sale on a well-known site and under my freeway64 name). Good biographies and details of circuits including Sandown and Surfers.
