One that immediately springs to mind in a modern context is the Mercedes-Benz X Class. Given M-B's legendary off-road heritage with icons like the Unimog and G Class, there were obviously high expectations of Stuttgart producing something special with its first dual-cab ute. The fact that Benz is ceasing production of this vehicle after such a short time on the market says everything. Just a huge disappointment.
