I reckon the Diahatsu 'Naked' would have to top the meaningless names list. This was a funny little 660cc twin turbo jigger for those buyers that wanted the tough looks of a US military Hummer without the bulk - or the tough looks. The only thing 'Naked' about it was that it fully exposed the shortcomings of the designers and marketing people.
