Pony the TC has an Eaton 45 supercharger on a basically stock XPAG engine of 1380CC. On a chassis dyno at H.P.S Motorsport it made 66 rear wheel kw at 5,000 rpm. The power is about 89 old fashioned horse power which compares favourably with a stock TC 41 kw or 55 horsepower at the flywheel. Maximum boost is 8 psi which seems plenty on a stock bottom end. On the road the car is appreciably quicker than stock and can keep pace with modern traffic. Most notably it will storm hills in top which would have a standard TC searching for a lower gear. It really warrants a taller diff ratio to ease revs on the highway, a modification for another day.
