I think you guys are right. And the one that tops the lot for me is the driver who deliberately parks their car in the middle of two parking spaces, to avoid any chance of their car getting a bump or scratch from cars parked either side. That scores an A+ for car care but an F for good citizenship. I think it's actually counter-productive because they're most likely to end up with a '20 cent coin' down each side of their car by an irate motorist (or motorists) who couldn't find a parking space!
