Stay at home Covid-19 savers have a great selection of sub-$20,000 Classics to splurge on in Shannons Online Auction from May 20-June 3.

Four MGs, two Jaguars, a Rolls-Royce, a Mercedes-Benz Coupe, a Holden HG Belmont Panel Van, a Fiat 500F and a Mini K1100, are amongst the 11 super affordable Classics in the auction – six of them offered with ‘no reserve’ price.

Offered in ‘project’ condition and with ’no reserve’, this very desirable 1955 TF 1500 roadster is one of three MGs expected to sell for under $20,000.

The MGs include a highly desirable 1955 MGF 1500 roadster and a very rare factory right hand drive 1958 MGA 1500 Mk1 Coupe – both in ‘project’ condition for $15,000-$20,000 – and a 1971 MGB MkII roadster with overdrive ($15,000-$18,000).

This wonderful 1936 SS Jaguar 1 1/2 Litre Saloon in need of cosmetic completion is being offered with ‘no reserve’ and is expected to sell in the $15,000-$20,000 range.

A wonderful 1936 SS Jaguar 1 1/2 Litre Saloon in need of cosmetic completion is being offered with ‘no reserve’, a 1965 S-Type 3.8 litre Saloon offered in good condition and a well-presented 1974 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow Saloon, are all slated to sell in the $15,000-$20,000 range.

This uber-stylish, two-owner 1983 Mercedes-Benz 280CE Coupe is expected to sell in the $14,000-$18,000 range.

The same price could make you the owner of a great Classic ‘surf wagon’ like the yellow 1970 Holden HG Belmont Panel Van in the auction, or perhaps would you prefer a stylish Australian-delivered and two owner 1983 Mercedes-Benz 280CE Coupe ($14,000-$18,000).

This lovely, restored 1970 Morris Mini K1100 is enticingly being offered with ‘no reserve’ at Shannons Online Classic Auction which closes on June 3, where it is expected to sell for $15,000-$20,000.

Alternatively, if you would rather something smaller, there’s the choice of a lovely, restored 1970 Morris Mini K1100 enticingly offered with ‘no reserve’ ($15,000-$20,000), or a rare and nicely-presented left hand drive Lusso Version of a 1971 Fiat Bambino 500F Sedan ($15,000-$18,000).

Shannons National Auction Manager, Christophe Boribon, said there was a lot of pent-up enthusiasm in Classic car circles to get back on the road again.

“This auction offers enthusiasts the chance to purchase many rare models, with the project vehicles in particular offering very special opportunities,” he said.
