Shannons is an Australian icon and is the leading insurer for the Motoring Enthusiast. Due to strong growth, an opportunity is now available for those who share a passion for all things motoring to join our team in our St Leonards Office as a Motor Enthusiast Underwriter (Inbound Sales & Service).
As an insurance underwriter you will be receiving calls from new and existing Shannons customers looking to speak about their insurance needs. These calls can vary from new insurance quotes to servicing existing policies. This role will require you to be utilise both your service and sales skills on each call.

Ideally you will possess:
- A passion for motoring;
- Previous experience within a contact centre, sales or customer service based role;
- Proven sales skills and experience that utilised Key Performance Indicators (KPI's);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The enthusiasm and dedication to succeed in a fast paced environment;
- The desire to operate as an integral member of an energetic and committed team.
Hours, Location & Training:
- Shannons NSW Branch: 12 Frederick St, St Leonards NSW 2065
- Regular working hours from 8am – 8pm (rostered 7.5 working hours per day)
- Requirement to work rostered weekends to attend car shows
- Comprehensive training provided
- 4 week full time induction training
