Blessing of the Bike

The Blessing of the Bikes has quickly become one of the biggest motorcycle gatherings in Australia, with thousands of riders attending from all over the country.

The event sees riders come together to celebrate the opening of a new riding season, as well as to honour those who were sadly lost along the way.

The Blessing of the Bikes seeks to promote rider safety and motorcycle awareness on our roads, and gives owners the opportunity to have their bikes blessed to help ring in a safe riding season.

An inclusive, relaxed and friendly vibe is expected, with the event seeking to endorse a positive image of motorcycling for the community at large.

Organised by the Inline4Cafe, Cape Woolamai, the Blessing of the Bikes is hosted by the San Remo District Tourism & Business Association in conjunction with the Bass Coast Shire Council.

The only official charity is mental health advocate Beyond Blue; anxiety, depression and suicide can affect anyone, regardless of their age, home town or the kind of bike they ride, so dig deep to support this worthy cause.

Entry is free.
