I can't remember my password.

Go to http://www.shannons.com.au/club/login/ and select the "Forgotten Your Password?" link. Enter your email address and an email will been sent with instructions on how to reset your password.

Please visit the link provided in the email to enter a new password. You will have 24 hours to use this link to reset your password, if the link expires please start the process again.

If you don't receive the password reminder, check your spam/junk folder.

I can't remember my username.

That's okay. To log in you can enter the email you used to register. Once you are logged in, your username will appear with your avatar icon / photo.

I can't remember my username or password.

Go to http://www.shannons.com.au/club/login/ and select the "Forgotten Your Password?" link. Enter in your email address to receive a new temporary password. You must request this new password with the email address you originally used to register.

Use this password to login and then go to your Account Settings to update it to another more memorable password.

If you don't receive the password reminder, check your spam/junk folder.

How do I change my password?

1: Click on your username in the header of any page to go to your Settings page.

2: Under Settings, find Reset your Password.

3: Click the button and we will send you an email to reset your password.

I tried to reset my password but it didn't work.

Check your junk/spam mailbox to see if the confirmation email ended up in there. If not, send us an email with your username and we'll assign you a temporary password. Be sure to send the email from the address associated with your Shannons Club account.

I'm sure I'm using the correct username and password, but it won't let me log in.

There are a few things that could be causing the problem:

1. Clear your browser's Cache and Browsing History

2. Update your browser to Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox

If you have a firewall on your computer or your network, check to make sure it is not blocking our cookies or pop-ups.
