On September 3 the beautiful town of Malmsbury in the Macedon Ranges is rockin back to the time when automotive stylists found their wings and classic crooners were almost trampled under the rush of dancing feet of the new rock n roll generation.
During the day some of the States most stylish and sumptuous classic and custom cars and motorbikes will stream into town. By night the great legends of rock Elvis, Buddy Holly and more performed by Australias ultimate tribute entertainer, the amazing Mark Andrew, will rock Malmsburys inaugural Rockabilly Fireball at the town hall.
Its all part of our second annual Malmsbury Motor Festival, organised by the Malmsbury Fire Brigade as part of its fundraising drive to acquire a much-needed second fire truck.
Come and be a part of our village festivities for the day. Slick back your hair, show off your blue suede shoes, ruffle up that polka-dot swing dress and celebrate the start of Spring with us. Marvel at some of the sleekest, most sophisticated cars ever made. Check out the huge swap-meet market. Dine in our noted cafes and eateries or have a picnic in Malmsburys beautiful Botanical Gardens.
