The Harley Club of Victoria (HCV) are proud to announce they will be
hosting the Victorian
Junior and Senior Dirt Track Championships
for 2019, from Saturday 19th to Sunday 20th
October at the State
Motorcycle Sports Complex, Broadford.
The two day State Championship event will attract over 150 of
the fastest riders from
all over Australia.
The HCV is a non-for profit organisation (club) run by

sponsorship money received.
Dirt Track Racing is a discipline of offroad motorcycle racing that
is held on a flat gravel surface
around 650 meters in length and
generally of a kidney type shape. Dirt Track racing is exciting
high
intensity racing over only four laps. For the Victorian
Championship each individual class is decided
over several heats
and finals during the two days. The sport of Dirt Track Racing is a
development
ground for Road Racing. Superstars like Casey
Stoner, Mick Doohan, Troy Corser and Troy Bayliss
and many
others started out racing dirt track. Currently there are many rising
stars coming through the
ranks that will be household names in
the future.
