Description
At the same time as the Targa, in September 1995, Porsche presented the Carrera 4S, the first Turbo look variant of the 993. This version took up the more muscular style of the Turbo with its wide body, combining what at the time was the non plus ultra of the Porsche technology, namely the four-wheel drive system and the latest generation braking system, the latter borrowed from the Turbo itself. The engine was the 3600cc M64 / 21 type which developed 285 horsepower (282 in the US version).
