Taking on the task of Shannons Club Classic Garage author requires someone with quite unique skills, an extensive motoring knowledge, including an interest in the history of motor vehicles and a strong journalism background. Dr John Wright was an obvious choice with more than three decades of motoring journalism behind him, as well as some time behind the wheel competing in production car racing. We welcome Dr John Wright to the Shannons Club team and look forward to his perspective on Classic Cars. Joe Kenwright has been with the Shannons Club since inception, however, he has decided to pursue other interests that, until now, have been put on hold. We are sure we speak for all members when we say how much we value Joe's immense contribution to Shannons Club, especially his contribution to Classic Garage, Shannons Club TV and Club forums.
