Shannons Club Show and Shine

The Shannons Club online Show & Shine competition has had a massive response with 840 entries to date across all 5 categories, making the judging of the weekly winners a very difficult one. The quality of entries is of an extremely high standard, equal to any event held around the country.

The Shannons Club has selected four winners so far for the weekly prizes, each Club member receiving a $250 fuel voucher.

The week 1 winner was Bigwheel’s refurbished original 1969 Chevrolet Camaro in immaculate condition.

The week 2 prize went to PhilRizzo’s 1972 Chrysler Valiant Charger R/T E 49. The car has undergone a 3 ½ year full nut and bold restoration, and was returned to factory specifications with only minor modifications to improve reliability and driveability.

The winner of week 3 was Soapyhobo with their customised 2011 Yamaha Xjr1300.

Week 4 saw the prize go to ShawnsVicki’s impressive 1934 Ford Tourer, with a build time of 10 years, this car is a complete custom fabrication.

There are still plenty of prizes up for grabs, including 4 more weekly winners, five category winners and the best in show winner. So take your pride and joy out this weekend, take some photos and enter it into the competition.

Don’t forget the category winners for ‘American’, ‘European’, ‘Asian’, ‘Australian’ and ‘Bike’ are selected on the entries with the most votes at the end of the competition, so make sure you share your entry with all your friends and get them to vote for you.

With over 800 entries, grab a coffee and have a browse through, it’s a great way of seeing some of the best motor vehicles Australia has to offer without leaving the comfort of your own home. View all entries
